1. Who we are

QuantRotation ("we," "us," "our") provides a US sector rotation signal dashboard and related services (the "Service") at quantrotation.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

QuantRotation is operated by Monsieur Romain Henry, an individual entrepreneur (entrepreneur individuel) established in France, registered under SIREN 978 517 076 and SIRET 978 517 076 00011.

2. The Service

QuantRotation computes and displays a composite score for 11 US GICS sectors, derived from publicly available market data (price/volume, positioning reports) and, on select plans, AI-generated summaries of that data and weekly and monthly trend views.

This is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past signal readings do not predict future market behavior.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and billing

  • FREE plan: no cost, limited data (see pricing page for current limits).
  • PRO plan: paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain PRO access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access the Service through automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or reverse engineering, beyond any API access we may explicitly offer.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service's data or outputs without our written permission.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its underlying methodology, and its design are our property. We don't claim ownership over publicly sourced market data itself, but the composite score, its computation, and the presentation of that data are proprietary to us.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or signal.
  • Data sources (market data and positioning reports providers) may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally unavailable.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you use only the FREE plan, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed EUR 100.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or liability arising under mandatory applicable law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights, including any mandatory consumer-protection or digital-content/service rights applicable in your country of residence.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by French law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

Subject to mandatory applicable law, the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, nor of any right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory applicable consumer-protection rules.
